server/internet connections

you appear not to have sorted your system problem the site is becoming a bit of a joke==screens frezing/ball disappearing/fouls happening that are not/ messages that opponent has decided to take his shot but i still have the cue == no message when opponent disconnects(sometimes) so far today(4/5/2013) have only cpmpleted 2 games out of ten started--- minor hiccup my flag has changed from usa to YOU TUBE emblem? dont you think that you should update /repair these problems before the site becomes deserted
